We offer courses such as stress management, managing anxiety and managing low mood, We offer computerized CBT programmes, guided self-help interventions, CBT, and counselling. WebThe Talking Therapies Service provides a range of treatments for anxiety and depression. We will provide interpreters, including British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, for patients if needed. We use the stepped care model: ‘Step 2’ treatments are usually 4 – 8 sessions delivered by Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
