WebFeb 5, 2015 · If you have a physical copy it's recommended to clean the disc If you have the digital version (disc version works with this method as well) then you can clear your system's cache by holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds, after it shuts down turn it back on afterwards and try playing the game again.
