WebSame thing here. Two users are having the black bar issue. One on a Dell laptop the other on an Acer desktop. The issue is only on one screen and this happens most with Adobe Acrobat and Google Chrome. None of the "fixes" here or on the Chrome forum permanently fix the issue. It continues to come back.
